2. Description of Service

FaceOverTime is a mobile application that enables you to take a daily selfie and generates a time-lapse video timeline of your face development over time. Features may change, be added or removed without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use FaceOverTime. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Your Content

You retain full ownership of your selfies and any content you create in FaceOverTime. By using the Service you grant FaceOverTime a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the features you use (for example, generating your time-lapse video).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FaceOverTime lawfully and not to:

Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or any connected system.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any malicious content.
Automate or bot interactions with the Service without written permission.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

FaceOverTime may offer paid features through app stores or payment providers. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are subject to the applicable provider's policies.

8. Availability & Reliability

We aim to keep FaceOverTime reliable and accessible, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be suspended or discontinued where reasonably necessary.

9. Intellectual Property

FaceOverTime, including its name, logo, design, and code, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Service without written permission.

10. Disclaimer

FaceOverTime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that generated videos will be exactly as expected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FaceOverTime and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data or content arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FaceOverTime after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms, where permitted by law.
